Send opens your phone's share sheet with the PDF and a link where the customer can review and approve the quote. Pick Messages or Mail. Sending also saves the quote and marks it Sent.

This text goes out with the PDF when you tap Send. Fill-ins: {first} first name, {name} full name, {link} approval link, {total} quote total, {quote} quote number.

Deposit payments
After a customer approves online, their page shows a button to pay the deposit. Tap Save settings to apply.
Address lookup
Paste your Google Maps API key to suggest addresses as you type. Tap Save settings to share it with Dan's phone. Leave it blank to type addresses by hand.
Google Sheet connection
The setup link connects another phone in one tap. Only send it to people who should see your quotes.
